TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Presently, we accept CD and DVD media only for disc-to-disc duplication. We will be soon providing pricing for tape masters to CD and/or DVD.
Prices shown are subject to change without notice, depending upon raw material costs. Custom quotatiions are valid for up to 30 days from the initial quote date. Minimum orders accepted are 25 copies.
Terms: payment in advance of order. If additional items (such as custom artwork preparation) are required, we must have payment in full before product is shipped. Tape-It! Video Productions reserves the right to charge for any balance due before product is shipped. Tape-It! Video Productions reserves the right to hold masters until payment is made in full. Customer agrees to pay any and all costs, including reasonable legal fees which are incurred as part of collecting any unpaid balances owed by the customer.
Before ordering, and as a part of our quotation process, the customer will be emailed a detailed quote, integrated with an Intellectual Property Rights, or IPR form. Completion of this form is required in order to conform with all Copyright laws, and must be submitted with every new order. Tape-It! Video Productions will not duplicate any media which does not conform to your owning the copyright, and/or your license by the original owner to duplicate same media. Tape-It! Video Productions reserves the right to refuse or cancel any project.
Typically, 100 quantity duplications are completed (from receipt of master) in approximately 3 business days. However, our completion times are an estimate only, and can be positively or negatively affected by: the detail of the project, changes made in the project by the customer, availability of raw materials, shipping, or other situations that are out of our control. Our present special which includes free ground shipping does not apply to RUSH shipping upon completion (i. e. overnight), which will be charged in full.
If the customer supplies finished artwork to include in the finished product, the customer is responsible for correctness in the layout and spelling, as well as the accuracy of the video and audio portions being duplicated. Regarding color matching in artwork: because computer monitors are all different, and different from the actual substrate (disc surface) being printed, Tape-It! Video Productions or our suppliers cannot guarantee color matching.
Pricing reflected in this website does not include applicable sales tax, which is additional.
Tape-It! Video Productions, and/or our representatives and assigns reserve the right to adjust and modify these Terms and Conditions to reflect our current policies.

Ever since we started producing videos in 1985, we've also been providing fast turnaround duplication for our clients' finished videos. We can provide the same for you.
Our duplication services is geared to the smaller client, whether you be the owner of a video you've produced, or a small production house who doesn't have the time to turn over copies. We keep it simple - if you need as few as 25 DVDs from your project, or thousands, in either Slim-line or standard jewel cases, with quality full-color printing of your artwork on the disc, and inserts if you need them - each custom shrink wrapped, and all carefully packed for shipment.
